What to expect

Your First Experience at
Skin Culture

At Skin Culture, we prioritise personalised, one-on-one care.

While we may not always have someone at reception, your experience begins the moment you arrive.

A member of our team will greet you promptly at your appointment time, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and calm introduction to our clinic.

From there, your consultation or treatment will be guided with attention to detail and care, allowing you to relax and enjoy the full Skin Culture experience.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in, and please know that every step of your visit is designed to feel personal, considered, and luxurious.

Preparing for your first appointment

To ensure the best possible experience and results, we kindly ask that you:

  • Provide a photo of your current skin care routine

  • Avoid active skincare products (including retinol, exfoliants, and acids) for three days prior to your appointment

  • Fully disclose your medical history, medications, skin conditions, and any recent procedures

This allows us to treat your skin with precision, care, and confidence.
